Well we’re off for a few days vacation in St. Louis…my former home. We hope to see a couple of Cardinal ball games at the famous Busch Stadium, and even a hockey game with the recent Stanley Cup Champions, St. Louis Blues; I do note that they didn’t make the playoffs this year…..hmmmm, but seats should be more available. We’ll see some old friends and my eldest cousin who is 92.
We plan some sightseeing, including the 630 feet high Gateway Arch, Anheuser Busch Brewery, the St. Louis Cathedral, Forest Park (home of the 1903 World’s fair) and a few of my old stomping grounds. So the Touhill group includes Judy, Jon & Joy and 6 kids, and my son David coming up from Nashville.
The BLOG will be on vacation also this week. So enjoy Easter week as we celebrate our great salvation. The octave of Easter, 8 days of “Easter Sundays”, goes all the way thru next Sunday. What a great week to celebrate the goodness of God.
